This set of Blanks pretty much follows suit with the first series, articulated robots made with reclaimed wood and found objects. The show opened at the Scrap Exchange in Durham, NC, in January of 2011.
The Scrap Exchange is a very interesting recycling gallery/craft store and carries an insane variety of odds and ends of salvaged and donated objects. I decided to use only materials that I found at the scrap exchange to characterize each Blank.
Although none were actually sold at the show they have all found (hopefully) good homes over the past year.
